After the huge success of James Franco’s Oscar-nominated The Disaster Artist and two weeks of sell-out screenings in London at the start of the year; RAD Screenings are bringing Greg Sestero, the star of The Room and the writer of The Disaster Artist: My Life Inside The Room, to Leeds! Sadly no Tommy Wiseau but maybe next time!
Greg will be with us for a double-bill featuring the Leeds premiere of his and Tommy Wiseau’s new film Best F(r)iends, which tells the story of a drifter (Sestero) who befriends a quirky mortician (Wiseau) and the unlikely business partnership that is formed. This will be followed by a Q&A about the film, and then we bring The Room – aka the best worst cult movie ever made – back to Hyde Park Picture House’s big screen, with a live script reading + Q&A!
RAD’s last sell out with Greg and The Room was one of their most memorable events they’ve ever done. So do not miss out on this rare chance to meet Greg in person and see The Room as it should be seen!
